Immediate Opening for a Construction Estimator / Sales Person. Candidate must have minimum of 5 years experience working in the construction industry as an estimator, production manager, salesman, and/or college level education in Construction Sciences. Xactimate Estimating Software Knowledge Required. Duties include: Cold Calling and selling projects, Scoping / measuring accurately, Writing job estimates for residential and commercial projects of all sizes, restoration estimates for fire or water damaged properties and new construction, while monitoring progress of projects to ensure that tight budget controls are being kept and projects are profitable. Ideal candidate will be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Windows Outlook, Word and Excel, MS Project. Have personal traits for taking exact / correct measurements 1st time!, extremely organized, able to take and keep notes for job files accurately; Positive Attitude at all times while building good relationships with insurance adjusters, customers, subcontractors and fellow team members. Position offers a Base Wage against Commission - based on; Sales Goals being met, bringing jobs in under budget and level of Customer satisfaction. Potential income levels $30,000 - $75,000.
