Inside Sales Representive

NorMed is the leader in First Aid & Medical Supplies, specializing in Occupational, Recreational, Sports, and Employee Health Care. We continue to expand and are currently adding valuable employees to our Inside Sales Team.  As an Inside Sales Representative, your focus will be in outbound sales. You will have the opportunity to grow and maintain an established account base reaping the financial rewards of your diligent work.  

Position Responsibilities:

1. Execute our Prime Directive which is to "Find and Keep Profitable Business" via Expected Sales Activities [ELA's].

2. Achieve your daily and monthly territory goals for the big three requirements - which are:
a. Outbound calls: 60-80 per day, leading to 20 completed calls per day.
b. New Accounts: Establish a minimum of 10 per month 
c. Reach Territory Sales Dollars: Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

3. Continually replenish and close a "funnel" of qualified, potential new customers, identified by location, industry and volume.

4. Complete Cycle calls to your existing account base by focusing on those with the highest potential sales volume, always efficiently using "on-hook" time.
